Following are articles that we recommend. Please note that Carrot of Hope contributors are not necessarily certified in the medical field. However, we included these original articles because they are innovative and highly researched. Furthermore, Carrot of Hope believes individuals with Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) understand this illness better than the general medical population. Despite documented cases over 4000 years old, the medical field has only recently conducted serious research into this illness. As the scientific field is in the early stages of understanding this illness and the efficacy of drugs and treatments is still to be evaluated, patients are the ones we choose to include articles from individuals with first-hand experience in order to inform patients, families and caregivers. With this illness, patients are often left to advocate for themselves. We hope that patient contributions will empower individuals and help them achieve effective results efficiently.
